“Acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary changes and a much more balanced outlook on life helped Christina overcome and manage her own health challenges then and now. It also sparked a career change and her passion for helping and inspiring others to achieve improved health and quality of life.”

Christina’s treatments are wholistic, integrated and individually tailored to your unique situation. Her aim is to give you fast relief with long term resolution and to support and empower you to create changes in your health and life for the better.

When Christina is not busy sticking needles in people and mixing ‘magical’ herbal decoctions, she likes to look after her own mind and body with regular yoga practice, lots of delicious food and time in nature.
