Giulia is a warm and empathetic practitioner with a nurturing and supportive approach. She encourages a sense of self awareness in her patients, empowers them to truly understand their own health and supports them to implement lifestyle changes in order to achieve the best outcome for her patients. She is passionate about treating menstrual health, fertility and pregnancy support, digestive health, cosmetic acupuncture and overall physical and emotional wellness.

Giulia’s curiosity in the human mind and body was sparked at a young age. She began her tertiary studies at the University of Melbourne in a Bachelor of Science, which was a window into the Biomedical field. At 20 years old, she followed her heart to Rishikesh, India to pursue her studies in Yoga teaching, Eastern philosophy and traditional medicine. Here, she explored the intricate relationship between the mind, body and Spirit and understood the balance between them is key to maintaining optimal health and vitality Dr. James Middleton, a full time practitioner of TCM and passionate yogi, was an immense influence along her journey. Dr. Middleton’s education was under Professor Wong Lun, the principal and founder of The Academy of Chinese Medicine (Au). Whilst undergoing her Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine), Giulia worked closely with Dr. Middleton and directly learned from him in a clinical setting. She experienced her own profound healing through Chinese Medicine with Dr. Middleton’s guidance. 

Giulia have a keen interest in the areas of menstrual health, fertility and pregnancy support, as well as cosmetic acupuncture.

  • Menstrual health encompasses irregular cycles, painful periods (dysmenorrhea), no period at all (amenorrhea), pre-menstrual symptoms, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and PCOS.
  • Fertility and pregnancy support can include optimising pre-conception health, assisting natural conception, IVF support, and pre and post-natal care.
  • Cosmetic Acupuncture can aid conditions such as acne, eczema/dermatitis, psoriasis, and rosacea or just make you feel beautiful in your own skin
