Men's & Women's Health, IVF & Fertility  | Dermatology  | General health

Jack is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Herbalist who offers grounded, thoughtful care across a wide range of health concerns. His approach is calm and considered, supporting patients with clarity when their health feels complex or difficult to navigate. He brings over six years of experience within the allied health industry, informing a collaborative and well-rounded approach to care.

Drawn to Chinese medicine through his own health journey, Jack developed a strong appreciation for its systems-based and holistic approach to care. This personal experience shaped his interest in supporting others through chronic, stress-related, and long-standing health concerns in a way that feels steady and practical.

Throughout his training, Jack undertook additional study and mentorship to further his clinical skills, including training in The Fertile Life Method and Fertile Life Mastery, both created by Kirsten Wolfe.

Fertility & IVF Support

Jack supports individuals and couples across all stages of fertility care, including preconception, natural conception, IVF support, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.

He has a particular interest in male fertility, supporting concerns such as sperm count, movement, and shape, including presentations such as oligospermia, azoospermia, asthenozoospermia, and teratozoospermia, alongside broader hormonal and reproductive health considerations within a whole-system approach.

His fertility work is thorough and patient-centred, taking time to understand each individual’s circumstances and goals. Jack works alongside fertility clinics and other healthcare providers where appropriate, supporting patients through treatment cycles with consistency and care.

Women’s Health

Jack supports women with a range of hormonal and cycle-related concerns, including irregular or painful periods, premenstrual symptoms, and conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS.

His approach includes reviewing relevant pathology testing and basal body temperature charts where appropriate, allowing care to be informed by both clinical findings and individual cycle patterns.

Emotional Health & Stress

Jack frequently works with patients experiencing stress-related health concerns, emotional strain, and nervous system overload, particularly where these intersect with pain, digestive, or hormonal presentations.

His steady presence and clear communication help patients feel supported as their symptoms are explored and understood within a broader health context.

Gastrointestinal Health

Jack supports patients experiencing ongoing digestive disturbances, including functional, inflammatory and stress-related gastrointestinal patterns. His work in this area considers how digestion is influenced by lifestyle, nervous system activity, and broader systemic factors, rather than viewing symptoms in isolation.

Skin Conditions

Jack has a clinical interest in supporting patients with inflammatory and reactive skin presentations, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, and other chronic skin concerns.

Rather than focusing on the skin alone, his care looks at the wider influences that may be contributing to flare-ups or sensitivity, supporting skin function and resilience over time.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Jack is trained in cosmetic acupuncture and offers treatments that take a whole-face, whole-body approach to skin health and natural rejuvenation. His work focuses on supporting circulation, tissue health, and overall skin vitality, while also considering the broader factors that influence how the skin changes with time.
