“Intrinsically and at our core, as humans we are the sum of our mind, body and spirit.
When treating health, the sum of these three must be taken into account in order to address health from the root..”
GIULIA CREMA
Doctor of Chinese Medicine & Registered Acupuncturist (B.Hsc)
IVF, Natural Fertility & Women's Health | Cosmetic + Skin | Gut Health
Giulia is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Herbalist who offers a thoughtful, integrative approach to care. Her work draws on both Eastern and Western medical frameworks, with a focus on supporting patients to better understand their health and feel guided through each stage of change.
Her interest in the human body began early, leading her to complete a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, where she developed a foundation in biomedical sciences. Seeking a broader perspective on health, Giulia later travelled to Rishikesh, India, to study yoga teaching, Eastern philosophy, and traditional medicine. This experience shaped her appreciation for the interconnected relationship between mind and body and continues to inform her clinical practice.
Giulia completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine) under the mentorship of Dr James Middleton, gaining hands-on clinical experience throughout her training. She is also trained in The Fertile Life Method, created by our founder Kirsten Wolfe, which informs her approach to women’s health and fertility care.
Fertility & IVF Support
Giulia supports individuals and couples across all stages of fertility care, including preconception, natural conception, IVF support, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
Her approach is calm and considered, taking time to understand each patient’s individual presentation, priorities, and reproductive goals. She works alongside fertility clinics and other healthcare providers where appropriate, supporting patients through treatment cycles with clarity and care.
Women’s Health
Giulia has a strong clinical interest in women’s health and menstrual care. She supports patients experiencing a range of cycle-related and hormonal concerns, including irregular or absent cycles, painful periods, premenstrual symptoms, and complex presentations such as endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
Her care focuses on understanding the patterns contributing to symptoms while also supporting menstrual regulation and hormonal balance over time.
Skin Conditions
Giulia has a particular clinical interest in supporting patients with skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and other inflammatory or reactive skin presentations.
She approaches skin health as part of a wider system, considering factors such as digestion, stress, hormonal balance, and immune function. Care is tailored to the individual, with a focus on supporting skin resilience, function, and long-term health.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Giulia is trained in cosmetic acupuncture and offers treatments with a whole-face, whole-body approach to skin health and ageing support. Her work considers circulation, skin vitality, and the broader influences that affect how the skin responds and changes over time.
Cosmetic acupuncture may also be incorporated when supporting concerns such as acne, scarring, or reactive skin presentations, where appropriate.
Gastrointestinal Health
Giulia also supports patients with gastrointestinal concerns such as bloating, reflux, altered bowel habits, and digestive discomfort. Her approach recognises the close relationship between digestion, stress, and overall health, viewing gastrointestinal symptoms within a broader systemic context.
